The DMI employs a highly qualified staff able to rigorously apply the methodology of Project Management.

For each project there is a Project Manager that will define your work team and the lead up to completion of the contract.

The PM will then be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the project, liaising with the client to inform him about the progress of the work, if they require planning, regular meetings at the offices of DMI.
